- Dispatch: Usually 1–2 business days for in-stock items. Made-to-order and restocking items follow their listed lead times.
- Standard Shipping: Ground-floor front door only. No upstairs delivery, carrying furniture inside, unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging or old furniture.
- Before ordering: Check packed sizes and doorways, use a street address, and arrange help to move furniture inside.
- Timing: Usually the earliest available weekday during business hours. Some furniture carriers arrange a day; couriers generally provide tracking only. Specific dates cannot be guaranteed.

Timber care
- Keep timber away from prolonged direct sunlight, radiators and other heat sources. These can cause yellowing or changes to paint and surface finishes.
- Wipe spills immediately with a clean, damp cloth, then dry with a clean cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
Genuine leather care
- Protect from direct sunlight, heat and weather. Dust regularly with a clean, dry, soft cloth. Clean areas affected by perspiration and body oils regularly.
- Blot liquid and food spills immediately. Do not rub or leave spills to soak in.
- Dust before cleaning. Test a leather-specific cleaner on a hidden area first. Clean gently with a lightly dampened soft cloth using circular motions, then remove residue with a clean, dry cloth.
- Condition after cleaning with a product suitable for genuine leather, following the manufacturer’s instructions. Do not apply conditioner to stained areas before cleaning.
- Avoid harsh chemicals, solvents, abrasive cleaners, baby wipes, alcohol-based wipes, household cleaners and detergents not made for leather. Do not use harsh products on stubborn stains.
- Do not dry clean, machine wash, steam clean, use hot-water extraction, over-wet or rub vigorously.
Microfiber leather care
- Protect from direct sunlight, heat and weather. Remove spills promptly, dust regularly with a clean, dry duster, and clean areas affected by perspiration and body oils.
- Keep covers and parts in place for cleaning, even if the covers have zips.
- Dust first and brush gently to avoid scratching. Wipe with a clean cloth dampened with a mild detergent solution suitable for microfiber leather, following the manufacturer’s instructions. Remove detergent residue with a clean, damp cloth.
- Do not dry clean, machine wash, use hot-water extraction or wet excessively. Treat spots and stains promptly using the same cleaning method.
