For approved trade enquiries, we can arrange one sample per product as a loan. Shipping is calculated at checkout, using the same shipping policy as other products. If you place a product order, the sample is yours to keep. If no order is placed within 90 days of sample delivery, please arrange its return with our team. Contact us to confirm availability and any return transport costs before arranging a loan. This is a separate sample-loan arrangement, not a change-of-mind return offer for purchased furniture.

Not at all! We only need basic information, such as your contact details and estimated annual order volume. From there, we’ll handle the setup, so you can sit back and enjoy the benefits.

No. Once you’re logged into your trade account, your trade discount is automatically applied to online purchases. You only need to contact us for special services like pre-ordering out-of-stock items, coordinated delivery, or inventory holding—our team will create those orders for you.

Yes! At checkout, you’ll automatically receive the lower price—either the trade discount or the sale price—ensuring you always get the best deal.

Our collection-based warranty and change-of-mind return terms also apply to trade purchases. A trade discount alone does not remove an otherwise eligible return. Signature Collection tables have 2 years of commercial warranty; other Signature Collection products have 1 year. Curated Collection products have no additional commercial warranty.
