This designer timber bench balances comfort and closeness and can be used as a lounge chair or compact bench. The design takes inspiration from Magnus Olesen’s 1937 Sofastole. It also draws on the soft movement of ocean waves.

Timber care
- Keep timber away from prolonged direct sunlight, radiators and other heat sources. These can cause yellowing or changes to paint and surface finishes.
- Wipe spills immediately with a clean, damp cloth, then dry with a clean cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
Fabric care
- Protect from direct sunlight, heat and weather. Vacuum regularly with low suction.
- Keep covers and parts in place for cleaning, even if the covers have zips.
- For overall cleaning, use a hot-water extraction machine with upholstery detergent only. Do not use dishwashing or laundry detergents, wet the filling, scrub with a stiff brush, or saturate the fabric or interior.
- Treat spills and stains promptly using the same cleaning method. Dry thoroughly in the shade, away from direct heat and sunlight, before use.
- Pilling can occur with normal daily wear.
