Timber Care

Timber is a natural material. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, radiators, or other heat sources will inevitably affect its appearance. The most common effects include timber turning yellowish under sunlight or paint losing its colour. While this typically doesn’t cause structural damage, it can result in noticeable changes in colour and surface finish, particularly on solid timber and painted surfaces.

Spills should be wiped immediately with a clean, damp cloth, followed by a dry cloth. Abrasive cleaners should be avoided.

Warranty

You’ll automatically be covered by our benssur Warranty, protecting you from any rare manufacturing defects. Enjoy 2 years of coverage for all chairs and 3 years for tables!

    I bought 6 x Hans Wegner Round Replica Chairs from Benssur the week before Xmas. They arrived less than a week later – and I live in WA! When I opened the boxes I was absolutely thrilled. These forever chairs are stunning and even nicer IRL. The wood curves are so smooth and the seat is wide so they are a pleasure to sit in. After a few negative experiences with furniture retailers in the past, this whole experience has been unexpectedly refreshing: early delivery, beautiful product, good price. Thoroughly recommend 🙂
