Do you offer samples? We’d like to check the colour and quality before ordering in bulk.
Yes! We offer (1) sample per product with free shipping, so you don’t pay anything upfront. If you place an order later, the sample is yours to keep. However, if no order is placed within 90 days of the sample’s delivery, we request its return. We’ll arrange the pickup at no cost to you.
Is setting up a trade account complex?
Not at all! We only need basic information, such as your contact details and estimated annual order volume. From there, we’ll handle the setup, so you can sit back and enjoy the benefits.
Do I need to contact Benssur every time I place an order?
Not. Once you’re logged into your trade account, your trade discount is automatically applied to online purchases. You only need to contact us for special services like pre-ordering out-of-stock items, coordinated delivery, or inventory holding—our team will create those orders for you.
Will I still get my trade discount if an item is on sale?
Yes! At checkout, you’ll automatically receive the lower price—either the trade discount or the sale price—ensuring you always get the best deal.
Does a purchase with a trade discount qualify for the 90-day free return?
Not automatically. Trade discount purchases typically don’t include the 90-day free return, as we assume you’re already familiar with our quality. However, for special cases—such as new traders/designers or projects where a trial is needed—we’re happy to apply this policy on a case-by-case basis. If you need this option, simply reach out to our team.
